Multiple volunteers needed daily to help for 20-30 minutes during morning arrival-maintaining a safe parking lot environment by directing the flow of traffic and helping students out of cars in carpool lane


Middle School Dances OPEN

Help organize and chaperone dances for 5th-8th grade students


Grade Level Representatives OPEN 

Year round                       

One parent per grade to be contact person with teachers/staff/students in the particular grade. Role would include helping to organize activities for students, helping teachers as requested, being liaison between the  grade and OPTO.

Research and raise money to construct and maintain outdoor sports facilities on the school grounds. This will be a major fundraiser. Will involve working with school officials to identify type of sports facilities to build and identifying funding.

New committee forming to help the school’s sporting organizations and other clubs with activities and fundraising

Volunteer Coordinator  OPEN

Year round

Responsible for collecting Volunteer sign up sheets and distributing them to the proper chairperson. Also helps with maintaining volunteer database and contacting volunteers when needed

Landscaping/ Grounds Committee @64 and @156  OPEN

Help to beautify the grounds surrounding our two newly renovated buildings
